Unprofessional, flaky and rude.

We tried them for an installed countetop. What a BIG mistake. They asked for a 50% deposit which I gave them and said they would send a guy to measure the cabinets in 2 days. She never called. At 2pm Saturday, we get angry phone calls by guys yelling at us because they had been waiting outside our apartment for the last hour. Good work Jane, nice to know you do your job, We rushed home to let them in, and the idiots didn't bring materials to measure properly. They took our boxes, cutting them up to make a template. I was told by Jane that everything would be ready in 2 weeks. We keep calling her after week 3 to confirm an appointment (she never calls even though she promises to)(Week 4) She makes an appointment for 2pm Friday.Our contractor and our plumber doesn't hear from them until 5pm. They call and set things up for Monday(week 5). I call Jane on Saturday to clarify what is going on, and she doesn't even have courtesy to be sorry, starts screeching at me "What do you want ME to do? They get there late, they get there late" "We appreciate your business and all, but what do you want ME to do?" I tell her to hire professional and competent people and be professional herself, and she tells me to take my business elsewhere!!! (Of course she already has my kitchen sink, and my $1300 which she refused to refund and I still have no kitchen). Consider yourself warned.
